Dear readers,

I wanted to reach out and let you know that there will be no Evolve Weekly blog this week. As you know, personal growth and self-development are very important to me, which is why I have decided to attend a master course on coaching consciousness and self awareness.

I do not just write these words you read, I full immerse myself in my own journey, and my own inner work don't just talk the talk - I also walk the walk.

This week, I am attending a master course of self awareness, coaching consciousness, which means that I am fully immersing myself in my own journey of self-discovery and inner work. I believe that it's ever so important to practice what I preach, which is why I am committed to drinking my own Kool-aid, so to speak.

Therefore this week, I will be dedicating my time and energy to this course, which means that I won't be able to publish an Evolve Weekly post. However, I promise that I will return next week with a brand new post, filled with insights and ideas to help you on your own journey of personal growth and self-discovery.
